2013

Hey there,

     Things have been super busy, but as part of the dreaded " New years" resolution I want to blog more :) So January 1st I committed to a diet and exercise plan, I've been doing this raw diet for about a month and it's basically all fruits and veggies, little to no artificial sugars. I've tried to cut out all processed food because they are just bad for you anyways. It's been tough and really not fun all the time but I know that it's the best in the long run :)
     I have found some awesome ladies on blogspot who have amazing weightloss journeys, so if you come across my blog make sure you stop and say hi, it's always encouraging :)
