Hey all,
I've been super sick for about a week but it got worse three days ago - but I still manage to stay on my 5k training routine. I only missed one day only because I had to babysit and really needed the moolah haha.
I ran today and it was awesome, I stuck with it and did some weight training today too. Right now I'm kind of just winging it, I dont know really anything about weight training but I'm just trying things out and seeing what works.
With the lack of sleep and working out and being sick I havent been sleeping great. Meaning early night for me, hoping that I fall right to sleep haha :)
